Vanessa and the Wildman

Once there was a girl named Vanessa. She was half-peasant, and half-princess. She had black hair and wore an old, but pretty, dress with an old raggedy apron, ballet slippers, and a crown with rubies and diamonds.

One day Vanessa was walking close to the woods. Along came an old woman to warn Vanessa about the Wildman. The Wildman had the ears of a monkey, the nose of an elephant, the teeth of a tarantula, wings of a bird, the body and arms of a bear, and the legs of a human. He grabs people out of the woods, and locks them in a dungeon with lots and lots of food, so he can fatten them up and eat them alive. Vanessa didn't listen to the old woman at all. She went on through the woods anyway.

As Vanessa was walking through the woods, the Wildman was watching her from his castle, which was hidden in the bushes. He thought she looked mighty tasty. He ran out of his castle very quietly and snuck up behind Vanessa. He grabbed her and covered her mouth so she couldn't scream. He flipped her over his shoulder and flew back to his castle. He flew onto the balcony of the dungeon, and pushed her into the dungeon and shut the door and punched in the security code to lock it.

Vanessa sat in the dungeon for two hours with two other people, who had just gotten there seconds before Vanessa. One of them was a girl named Tasha, and the other was a boy named James. They talked about trying to escape, but couldn't find a way out. They never touched the food. At this point, the Wildman came down to the dungeon, with his evil assistant, Igor, who was stupid in the head. Vanessa, Tasha, and James looked over and saw the Wildman punch in the secret code. When he saw that they hadn't touched the food, he decided to wait them out until they were hungry.The Wildman and Igor left without saying a word.

The Wildman hit the Lock button on the keypad, and he and Igor, his evil and stupid assistant, stomped away angrily into the darkness. Vanessa, Tasha, and James punched in the secret security code and ran out of the dungeon, away from the Wildman's evil clutches. They all ran home happily.

The evil spell that was cast upon the Wildman wore off, and he turned back into a normal human. He went searching for Vanessa, but found Tasha and James, who were brother and sister. He asked Tasha and James to help him find Vanessa. They took him to Vanessa's house. The Wildman, whose name was really Vince, told Vanessa he was sorry. They had a slumber party at Vanessa's, and the next morning they all went home, but remained best friends forever. They all lived happily ever after.

I tried to get the lil author to make Vanessa and Vince get married, but boys still have cooties. I had to settle for best friends. Sucks, huh? LOL
